BBC interview - New SME Technology Centre
Gerard Stephens, Director SME Technology Centre, took the opportunity to discuss the ongoing refurbishment work being carried out at the Materials Processing Institute to create brand new offices and conferencing facilities with Neil Green of BBC Radio Tees.
These facilities will be available to SMEs requiring office space or looking to work with the Institute on research and development based projects. This forms part of the Institutes plans to support new companies as they start out in business, attract new companies to the region and provide additional support to companies as they develop and commercialise technology.
This project is financed by Tees Valley Unlimited and Growth Deals through the Local Growth Fund.
