Mark Allan, Green Metals research leader, has been confirmed as a featured speaker at the NetZero Live 2024 Conference in Hull, 12th - 13th June.

NetZero Live 2024 is a high-level international meeting bringing together thought leaders, policymakers, industry experts, and innovators to exchange ideas on cutting-edge solutions for reducing the carbon footprint and achieving a NetZero future.

The conference will explore the latest developments, strategies and opportunities within industrial decarbonisation, energy transition and sustainability. The conference will include core technology, innovation, and case-studies to accelerate the integration of solutions and projects.

Plus, the groundbreaking developments of the Cement 2 Zero project, which has recently developed and trialled the use of end-of-life cement as an electric arc furnace flux to produce steel, whilst also capturing the slag to recycle as clinker to produce zero emissions cement.
